It's the Pearlpalooza 2019 Cornhole Tournament. Registration is at 11:00am, and the bags fly at noon. Participants must be 21+ to enter. Registration fees are $15 per person/$30 per team (plus 5.9% processing fee). This is a single elimination tournament. A maximum of 18 teams will be allowed to compete.
